I don't think the videos demean anything about the songs. If you don't like them then I'd suggest not watching them.
And not all songs are meant to mean something unique to each person. Some have specific meanings. I don't know if that applies to Mean Everything to Nothing and I'm not going to pretend that I understand all the thematic meanings in this album. I just think it sounds nice.
